Supporting the Ukrainian army remains one of the main focuses of the social activities of Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, founder of the “Ruh” Fotball club. Since the start of the full-scale war, he and the Emily Resort team have been systematically responding to requests from the military, providing equipment, vehicles, and supplies to units carrying out combat missions on the front lines where fighting is most intense.
The next step in this direction was the delivery of aid to servicemembers of the 45th Separate Artillery Brigade. The defenders received ten anti-drone guns, as well as other necessary technical equipment that will enable them to more effectively counter modern threats on the battlefield.

Today, drones have become one of the key tools of warfare. FPV drones and drones that use fiber-optic communications remain particularly dangerous. That is precisely why the military is increasingly emphasizing that, in addition to electronic warfare capabilities, other solutions are needed that can quickly neutralize aerial targets.
According to Andriy, a soldier in the 45th Airborne Brigade, the equipment they received has a direct impact on the safety of the personnel.
“Our unit has received semi-automatic rifles, which the troops need to carry out their missions in the east of the country. They play a major role in protecting the brigade’s personnel. First and foremost, they are used to counter enemy drones, as this is one of the main systems that works in conjunction with electronic warfare equipment. Some Russian drones use fiber-optic technology, so conventional electronic warfare systems aren’t always effective. That’s when anti-drone rifles allow us to destroy enemy UAVs,” the soldier noted.

He also emphasized that the Ukrainian military is in constant need of modern protective gear, FPV drones, armored vehicles, and other equipment, without which carrying out combat missions becomes significantly more difficult.
Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy has repeatedly emphasized that support for the army should not be a one-time effort, but rather an ongoing commitment by Ukrainian businesses. The Emily Resort team shares this view and regularly assists units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in accordance with their actual needs.

Roman Gnidets, the CFO of FC “Ruh,” noted that aid for the military is organized in close collaboration with the defenders.
“We listen to our troops and strive to respond to their requests and provide them with everything they need. Only together can we defeat our enemy, so it is important for socially responsible Ukrainian businesses to support our soldiers. The rear and the front lines must cooperate seamlessly and continuously. We are in constant communication, we know the needs of our defenders, and together with our partners, we provide them with the necessary equipment,” he emphasized.
For Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, this kind of support has long been a regular occurrence. Over the years of full-scale war, various units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have received vehicles, drones, electronic warfare equipment, specialized vehicles, ammunition, and other equipment. The aid is tailored to the military’s specific requests, which allows for the most efficient use of resources.
The delivery of anti-drone guns to the 45th Separate Artillery Brigade served as yet another confirmation that cooperation between responsible businesses and the military yields tangible, practical results. This modern equipment helps save the lives of Ukrainian soldiers, increases their effectiveness on the front lines, and strengthens the country’s defense capabilities.
