FC Ruh Lviv Academy continues to confirm its status as one of the strongest football schools in Ukraine. The Ruh U-15 team won the NLM Pro League ahead of schedule, and the club’s founder, Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, emphasized that the success of the young players is the result of the Academy’s systematic work and the great prospects of its students.
Ruh Academy creates champions
This season, this is the third championship for the teams of the Ruh Academy. Earlier, Ruh U-16 and Ruh U-14 also won gold medals ahead of schedule, which once again demonstrated the high level of training of young players at the Lviv club.
“The boys born in 2011 showed good potential last season, and now they have matured and proved their prospects by winning the championship spectacularly and early. For us, this is a very important indicator that the Academy is moving in the right direction. We see not only the result, but also the character, discipline and football intelligence of our students,” said Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy.
Ruh alumni already represent Ukraine
According to Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, it is also important that a significant number of Ruh U-15 players have already received calls to the Ukrainian youth national team and are representing the country with dignity at the international level. The club is convinced that the current victories are only the beginning of a long journey for the young players.
“Sport is a soft power that strengthens the spirit of the people. Each victory of the students of the Ruh Academy is a small brick in the great victory of our country. And every success in the international arena is a reminder to the world of Ukraine’s strength and invincibility,” emphasized Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy.
The founder of the Yellow-Blacks thanked coaches Borys Baranets and Nikita Bakhmat for their quality work with the team, which demonstrated not only spectacular football but also the ability to achieve results in the decisive matches of the season.
Ruh also hopes that the U-17 team will successfully complete the season and add another championship to the Academy’s medal collection.
Kozlovskyy: “We are writing a new history of Ukrainian sports”
Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy emphasized: “We are not just playing football – we are writing a new history of Ukrainian sports, where discipline, honor and the will to win reign supreme.”
Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy is a Ukrainian businessman, philanthropist and founder of the Ruh football club and the Academy of the same name in Lviv. He actively invests in the development of children’s and youth football, sports infrastructure and training of young Ukrainian athletes.
Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy is also one of the most systematic benefactors of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – his contributions to the Ukrainian military for equipment, cars and drones have already exceeded UAH 100 million. For his significant contribution to the state’s defense capability, Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy was awarded the “Badge of Honor” by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and a prize from Valeriy Zaluzhnyi.
