The Lviv TERRA Restaurant at the Emily Resort hotel won the international Best of Year Award from the American Interior Design Magazine in the Hotel Dining category. This was reported by the owner of the establishment, businessman Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy.

“We are proud to receive this award during a difficult time for Ukraine. I am a Ukrainian, and I work with Ukrainians; I am proud that we are the best in everything, including design. Ukraine was, is and will be. Emily Resort is a unique space in which we have combined Ukrainian nature, modern design solutions, the best food and services for recreation. Everything is for the Ukrainian economy to work, even during the war,” commented Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy.

The YOD Group design studio created the interior of the TERRA Restaurant. The company believes that such recognition on the world stage is an important achievement for Ukrainian interior design and the Emily Resort complex.

YOD Group called its own approach to create the interiors of the Emily Resort complex “terroir design”. Terroir is a word from winemaking that means a particular locality of wine with regional climatic and geographical features. The terroir, where the vine grew, affects the characteristics of the wine.

The Best of Year Awards is founded by one of the oldest American design publications, Interior Design Magazine. The jury of the award recognises the most progressive and high-quality projects that were created around the world during the last year. This was the 17th ceremony of awarding the winners.
