From the bottom of my heart, I congratulate the ‘yellow-black’ family on this achievement! I would like to express deep gratitude to the two coaching staff! First of all, to Vitaly Ponomaryov, who spent three years building this team, who brought up these football players, who won the Championship of Ukraine last year and reached the 1/8 finals of the UEFA Youth League! And this season, he continued his championship journey! With his hard work, Vitaly Yuriyovych deserved to get a chance to lead the main team of ‘Ruh’ in the course of the second round!

Therefore, a new coaching staff led by Mykhailo Dyachuk-Stavitskyi arrived in U-19! He managed to bring everything to a logical conclusion and, as the head coach of the youth team, led it to the championship! Also, huge words of gratitude to all, without exception, the football players, who are the creators of this success! You are the real CHAMPIONS! Continue in the same spirit, and the Football Club ‘Ruh’ will continue to do everything for you to progress to achieve the highest goals!

I would also like to say a few words about the work of our Academy! Last year, when we became champions, there was a lot of talk, saying that the championship was inferior, that it was a coincidence! We have had a change of generations! New players joined the team this season! We made it work! And we became champions of Ukraine again! Indeed, already in the full-fledged championship one match before its end! ‘Ruh’ U-19 set a unique record! As of now, the ‘yellow and black’ are on a streak of 40 matches without defeat in the Championship of Ukraine! This season, our boys beat ‘Dynamo’ U-19 and ‘Shakhtar’ U-19! And I can assure you that we are not stopping! A change of generations awaits us again! Participation in the UEFA Youth League awaits us again! There is a difficult journey ahead but we are pleased that this is a path of champions!

And I would like to express my special thanks to our defenders, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and all those who defend our land from the russian invaders every day! We believe that very soon our heroes will present the most important victory! Ukraine is above all!
