Israel Bodzak da Silva met with the founder of FC ‘Ruh’ Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, general director of the club Ihor Dedyshyn, and the staff of the ‘yellow-black’. They discussed the goals and possible areas of cooperation. The guest from Brazil was introduced to the Academy of the FC ‘Ruh’, its infrastructure, and was given a tour.

Israel Bodzak da Silva, international representative of the FC ‘Chapecoense’ (Brazil): “Thank you for the invitation. I had an extraordinary impression while being here. I understand that you have a serious and solid project. I can see that it will continuously develop and has all conditions and opportunities for nurturing very strong football players. The prospects here are excellent – ‘Ruh’ has all the qualities of a top club. I congratulate the founder of FC ‘Ruh’ Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, who, judging by what he has accomplished, has very good taste. This is a grandiose project with good infrastructure. And most importantly, it is evident that all this has been done with love. It would be an honour to help your club in some way, to become a part of this project.”

Gabriel Trelles, director of the ‘Warriors Football Agency’: “I am very pleased that ‘Ruh’ is open to the world and that there is such an opportunity to invite different people to share experiences. This particularly applies to such football countries like Brazil, Argentina and Latin America in general. Personally, I am very pleased that we have such an opportunity in Ukraine and in Lviv. We will continue to develop in this direction, tell the world about Ukraine, about Lviv, about the ‘Ruh’. We believe that such connections will provide even more opportunities to build cooperation, bring talented football players here, and develop the club.”

I am grateful to our foreign guest for responding to our invitation and visiting Ukraine. During the meeting with Mr. Bodzak, we talked about football and realized that we have many common goals. As true like-minded people, we outlined possible directions for cooperation between the ‘Ruh’ and ‘Chapecoense’. I hope that in the future, such cooperation will only benefit both our clubs.
