CIES Football Observatory has released the Top 10 continuity index of 59 leagues worldwide. Lviv FC Ruh, founded by a well-known Lviv philanthropist and businessman Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, was ranked 8th in the ranking.
This ranking takes into account the stability of the team, its age structure and contractual policy with the best prospects for the next seasons.
Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy congratulated the Ruh players and wished them new victories and achievements: “I am very pleased that the players of our ‘yellow and black’ team have been recognized at the international level. This indicator is the result of the hard work and constant efforts of not only the players and coaching staff, but also the entire team.
I believe that the guys will prove in the next seasons that they are worthy of being among the top ten, and their achievements will bear fruit in the near future.
I am proud that Ruh has entered the top 10 most stable clubs in the world. Keep it up, guys!”

The ranking identifies the teams that are the most stable and best prepared to maintain a high level of performance in the coming seasons. In this rating, the Ruh members took 8th place.
It is worth noting that the ranking data was measured by the number of players in the league over the past three years, the age structure – the percentage of minutes played by players aged 31 and older (excluding goalkeepers), and the contract policy – the percentage of minutes played by players whose contracts expire no later than December 31, 2025.
The top 10 continuity index of 59 leagues worldwide looks like this:
- Arsenal (England)
- Aston Villa (England)
- Borussia Mgladbach (Germany)
- Manchester City (England)
- New York (USA)
- Brentford (England)
- Union SG (Belgium)
- Lviv Ruh (Ukraine)
- Bayer Leverkusen (Germany)
- Real Sociedad (Spain)
In total, the list includes almost 800 clubs from 59 leagues around the world.
Earlier, Lviv’s FC Ruh was ranked first in the CIES Football Observatory ranking among the youngest teams from more than 60 leagues around the world.

And in April, FC Ruh won the bronze medal at the UEFA Grassroots Awards, which is awarded to those football clubs that have achieved particular success in working with young people and have created successful development projects.
“It’s nice to be around teams like Arsenal, Manchester City, and Bayer Leverkusen, who are showing phenomenal results this season. Ruh is also quoted on the same level as such well-known clubs as Real Sociedad, Aston Villa, Borussia Mönchengladbach, New York City, Brentford, and Union. This shows that our club is moving in the right direction.
Ruh’s strategy is balanced and shows that the entire club structure is gradually developing and that our project is known not only in Ukraine but is also closely followed in Europe! The Ruh Academy has long been a welcome guest at various international tournaments, and now the main team is on the verge of the European Cup. At the same time, Ruh’s youth is just beginning its ascent to the top, as the club’s main victories are still ahead! But already at the development stage, the Yellow and Blacks are an example for others of how to develop their students and achieve great results with them!” summarized the founder and honorary president of FC Ruh, Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy.
