Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy and FC Ruh joined the collection of FPV drones for the Shkval rapid response border commandant of the 7th border detachment. The rapid response commandant’s office “Shkval” performs combat missions in the East of Ukraine, defending it from Russian occupants. To help the border guards, the Yellow and Black veterans played a charity match with the veterans of Volyn SC, who teamed up with the employees of the Tam Tam hypermarket. Yurii Pankiv, Hryhorii and Borys Barantsi, Yaroslav Martyniuk, Maksym Bilyi, Roman Ivanov, Mykola Morozyuk, Artem Yashkin, Ivan Shuga, Mykhailo Dyachuk-Stavytskyi, Valentyn Slyusar, Bohdan Yesyp, Volodymyr Lapitskyi, Viacheslav Shevchuk, Oleh Shpur, Oleh Garas, Taras Petrivskyi and others played for the Yellow and Blacks in this match. The game took place in Lutsk at the Avangard Stadium, where the teams played three halves of 25 minutes each.
The match with the Volyn veterans ended in a 3-3 draw.
A charity auction was held during and after the match.
The lots included a Rukh shirt with players’ autographs, T-shirts and boots of former players of the Ukrainian national team, and many other interesting items. The match raised over 150 thousand hryvnias, which were used to purchase drones for border guards.

“It turned out to be a good football festival and the main thing is that a lot of people came together, who were happy with what they saw and donated to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It’s a shame that there is no professional football in Lutsk now, but the audience finally got a great show. It was clear that the fans missed the game. We need to support our military all the time and people should not forget that there is a war in Ukraine. Everyone should be involved in helping our defenders. It is important that we have managed to raise funds for drones for the border guards, which they will use to destroy enemies,” said Hryhoriy Kozlovsky, founder of FC Rukh.

Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy and FC Ruh play an active role in supporting the Ukrainian army. In November, they organized a charity football match with the participation of stars under the slogan “We believe in the Armed Forces of Ukraine”. The funds raised during the match allowed them to purchase thermal underwear for the military. This assistance was provided to the soldiers of the 5th separate assault regiment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the 24th separate mechanized brigade named after King Danylo, the 125th separate territorial defense brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as to units operating in Bakhmut.
