Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, founder of the Ruh football club and a well-known Lviv philanthropist, continues to support medical institutions in the region. This time, the Yuriy Lypa Lviv Regional Hospital for War Veterans and the Repressed received a charitable donation of UAH 2 million.
Help for Lviv Regional Hospital
The donation will be used to purchase the necessary medical equipment and furniture to equip the hospital’s new blood bank. This will allow the medical facility, which annually treats 20,000 patients and performs about 6,500 operations, to provide round-the-clock emergency care.
System support from Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy
It is not the first time that Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy has supported medical institutions in Lviv region. His charitable initiatives include:
- Transferring UAH 3 million to the Lviv Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital “Okhmatdyt” together with Emily Resort for repair works.
- Providing UAH 2 million for the purchase of cardiac surgery equipment for the Unbroken Center in Lviv, which allowed for minimally invasive heart surgery.
- Operational assistance to the Kyiv Children’s Hospital “Okhmatdyt”, which suffered from a rocket attack, in the amount of UAH 2 million last year.
Hryhoriy Kozlovsky emphasized: “As long as the heart of Ukraine beats, we must support those who heal and protect it. Every hryvnia spent on the health of our children and the strength of our soldiers is an investment in our future and a guarantee of victory.”
This new charitable initiative of Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy is an important contribution to the support of the medical infrastructure of Lviv region and demonstrates his continued social responsibility.
