The founder of the club Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy congratulated the yellow-black family on its anniversary!

– For a football club, 20 years may not seem like a long time, but we truly have a lot to remember and be proud of. The path we walked together has been tough and challenging, but at the same time, unique. Records at the amateur level, entry into the Ukrainian Premier League, our youth’s debut in the European Cups, winning the Ukrainian championship…  All of this is our history, our dream, that has come true.

On this day, I want to express my gratitude to the people who stood at the origins of our club, namely, the father of Myron Markevych, who planted this football seed in fertile ground, Myron Bohdanovych, who watered that seed, the former head of the Lviv Football Association, Yaroslav Hrys, who found the right words for two difficult Aquarius born on the same day and united them with a common goal. Special thanks to the players who defended the colours of our club and achieved victories at all levels, and especially to the fans who have been with us all this time, for their faith, for sharing unforgettable moments with us and for supporting us in difficult times.

20 years is just the beginning. And I am convinced that this story will have a bright continuation. The students of our club, whom I see every day at our Academy, give me that confidence. Looking at our talented children, I am infinitely happy that the cause, which in 2003 was the dream of one person, has now grown into the dream of thousands of children. I thank God for giving me the opportunity to give these boys the chance to fulfil their football dreams. I believe in our youth and know that they are capable of great achievements. I believe that in the future they will bring glory not only to our club but also to our entire beautiful country.

Believe in it too! Because dreams have the power to come true if you strongly want them to!
